The house is ideal for celebratory events, friends and family gatherings. It also works very well for multi-generational get togethers as there are plenty of places to congregate as well as find a little personal space! We have plenty of experience hosting and helping organise birthday celebrations, tours, catering as well as our writers retreats and workshops. THE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE ON A SOLE OCCUPANCY BASIS FROM JULY 2024. A SEPARATE APARTMENT IS ALSO AVAILABLE.

Rental cost € 4000 – € 4350 per week / € 575 – 625/night
- Non-refundable deposit paid at time of booking – 25%
- Full balance due 60 days prior to start of holiday
- Minimum stay 2 weeks peak times – 10th July to 31st August.
Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly
Towels:Bath and Pool towels are provided.
Arrival time is between 16.00 and 19.00 pm. Talk to us about alternative arrangements if you are arriving outside of these times
Pre holiday shopping service available by arrangement
Checkout time is 10.00 am on your day of departure. We cannot extend this if there is another arrival on the same day, to allow for cleaning

Children all children are welcome as part of a family group. We have one cot, and an infant, under 2 years may be accommodated (sharing parents room) as part of a group of a maximum of 10 guests. This is only available for sole occupancy of the property.
